    VILLAGE OF AVON, N.Y.

    Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, March 20th, 2025 at 6:15 p.m. at the Village Hall, 74 Genesee Street, Avon, New York, to hear any and all complaints in relation to the number of COMMERCIAL sewer rents assigned for the Village's year commencing August 1, 2025. There will be no change in the number of RESIDENTIAL units during that period unless there has been or will be a change in the number of living units within a building. Written notice of any proposed change, either residential or commercial, will be given prior to the public hearing.

  • WATER SERVICE INVENTORY
    FOR THE VILLAGE OF AVON (NY2501012)

     On December 16, 2021, the federal Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) went into effect. The revised rule requires every federally defined community and non-transient, non-community water system to develop a service line inventory (also called a lead service line inventory (LSLI). Part of the requirements for the new rule is to make the inventory available to the public. You may request an electronic copy of the inventory by emailing waterservicequestions@village.avon-ny.org, or you may see a printed copy at the Village Hall located at 74 Genesee St. Avon NY 14414.
