Payment is Accepted as follows:
Cash, Money orders, Bank Certified Checks, and Credit Cards are accepted. Payments must be made in US funds.
We do not accept personal checks and cannot accept payments over the phone except by calling our 3rd party payment provider. There will be a fee associated with payment.

In Small Claims court, individuals can sue for money only, up to $3000. The claim must be filed in the jurisdiction in with the person lives, works or has a place of business. If your claim is 1000 or less, the filing fee is $10. If your claim is over $1000, the fee is $15. You will be required to provide both parties name, address, phone number and reason for the claim.
